The room upgrade was complete amazing! The room included a double shower and big bathtub. The staff were very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The bed felt comfort.
The pool opens only at noon. I booked a spa room. I thought I would go to the pool in morning. The pool was closed.

i received a welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the front desk service was particularly good and enthusiastic. the restaurant also had a wonderful atmosphere with luxurious decor and seating.
I found that the temperature control in the room did not work perfectly and it became very hot at one point during the night.

I had a suite. it featured high-standard facilities and furniture. I also had a dressing room. beds were comfortable and clean. Soft bedsheets, Pentaligon wash and scent, and soft lighting were all present.

the bar area had specially brewed beer that was fragrant. breakfast was inclusive, and you could eat it on the cool central outdoor terrace. the spa access from reception was complimentary, a very pleasant surprise.

The hotel is situated off the main tourist path. It is a bit more secluded. this provides a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere away from the busy areas. the location makes it great for those seeking a peaceful retreat.

The staff were very kind. The restaurant WAS delicious. The continental breakfast was full of choice. It is well located near the town center. Public transport is nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet. I found the experience good. The hotel provided a great base for exploring. The spa was very good. The food was excellent.
I booked a transfer though they confirmed Happy Birthday would be written on the sign. THEY forgot this, a bit disappointing.

I stayed for several nights. the size of the suite was generous. the walk-in closet offered ample space. the bathroom included great amenities. i relished the luxurious bath. the hotel is a flawless choice. I highly recommend it.
during my stay, i noticed minor imperfections, such as a slight delay in clearing tables in the central atrium, but these issues did not detract from the overall experience.
